That is what awaits on the Spirit of Cricket Africa Tour – October 20 to November 6, 2026.
Following the outstanding success of our inaugural South African tour in March, the Spirit of Cricket is once again inviting passionate cricketers, partners and supporters to experience one of the world's most spectacular destinations through the game we all love.
This isn't simply another cricket tour.

Imagine walking onto beautifully prepared turf wickets against some of South Africa's premier Masters teams.
The following day you're seated in the exclusive Spirit of Cricket Corporate Box at Newlands Cricket Ground as Australia and South Africa renew one of world cricket's greatest rivalries.
A week later you're standing beside the mighty Victoria Falls as millions of litres of water thunder over one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World before heading into Botswana's magnificent Chobe National Park in search of elephants, lions, buffalo, giraffes and hippos.
This is the type of adventure most people only dream about.
For fourteen fortunate cricketers, it becomes reality.
Represent The Spirit Of Cricket Masters XI
Only one touring team will be selected.
The Spirit of Cricket Masters XI will consist of just 14 players, chosen from Expressions of Interest received from around Australia and overseas.
With an age guide of 45–65 years, the tour is designed for those who still love competing, still enjoy travelling and still believe life's greatest adventures don't have an age limit.
Across the tour, the Masters XI will play seven quality 40-over matches against some of South Africa's most respected cricket clubs, including Western Province, Claremont, Cape Town Cricket Club, Rondebosch, Groot Drakenstein, Kent Park Taverners and Zimbabwe in Johannesburg.
Every match is professionally organised with quality turf wickets, live streaming, scorers, umpires and post-match functions that allow players to experience South African cricket culture at its very best.
Cricket Royalty Will Be Part Of Your Journey
One of the unique features of every Spirit of Cricket tour is the opportunity to spend time with some of the game's most respected personalities.
We are proud to welcome Barry Richards as the official Tour Ambassador for the 2026 Africa Tour.
Widely regarded as one of the greatest batsmen the game has ever produced, Barry's influence on South African cricket remains legendary. Throughout the tour, participants will have the opportunity to spend time with Barry, hear stories from an extraordinary career and experience the game through the eyes of one of cricket's true gentlemen.
Adding to an already unforgettable experience, former South African fast bowler Garth Le Roux will join the touring party on Day One of the Australia vs South Africa Test Match at Newlands.
Known for his fierce competitiveness and genuine personality, Le Roux was one of the stars of World Series Cricket, competing alongside many of the biggest names the game has ever known.
Moments like these simply cannot be bought.

Beyond The Boundary

During the tour you'll experience the breathtaking views from Table Mountain, explore the vibrant V&A Waterfront, discover the spectacular Cape Peninsula coastline and enjoy lunch and wine tasting at the historic Groot Constantia Wine Estate.
Then the journey moves north.
Victoria Falls, known as "The Smoke That Thunders"—is one of the most awe-inspiring natural wonders on Earth.
From there, you'll venture into Botswana's renowned Chobe National Park, where unforgettable game drives and river cruises provide close encounters with some of Africa's most incredible wildlife.
